Refunds or replacements for these will only be made if the item is faulty.
If you want to return any items purchased from us please do so by using the following procedure:
1. Inform us by e-mail (bookshop@bre.co.uk) of your desire to return or exchange the item(s) purchased from us.
2. Obtain by return e-mail Authorisation to return.
3. When you have received the Returns Authorisation send the item(s) in the original packaging, including the receipt sent to you when the book was delivered to

4. Ensure this is completed within 14 days of delivery by post.
