Swimming pool ceilings may be in danger of collapse due to deterioration in stainless steels used in the wire hangers of ceiling suspension systems. The report provides guidance for inspection and remedial measures, and recommendations for materials more suitable than the austenitic stainless steels commonly used. 14 pages.
