Customer Guarantee & Returns Policy
BRE care about your custom and the service we provide to you. It is our aim to provide a quality service to our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. To demonstrate this we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This does not apply to Standards, videos, computer software, CDs, or DVDs, or to downloaded pdfs and software. Refunds or replacements for these will only be made if the item is faulty.
If you want to return any items purchased from us please do so by using the following procedure:
1. Inform us by e-mail (bookshop@bre.co.uk) or telephone +44 (0)1923 664262 (answerphone - we will return your call as soon as possible within working hours 09:30 and 17:00 Mondays to Fridays) of your desire to return or exchange the item(s) purchased from us.
2. Obtain by return e-mail or post, a Returns Authorisation Document
3. When you have received the Returns Authorisation Document send the item(s) in the original packaging, including the receipt sent to you when the book was delivered, and send it back to

4. Ensure this is completed within 14 days of delivery by post.
Please note that we will only refund postage and packaging costs if the return is a result of our error.
